Order, subscription, return

You can cancel your subscription either directly in your customer area or by e-mail to info@offdrink.com. Procedure for canceling in the customer area: Log in, go to Subscriptions and click on the "Cancel subscription" button. The subscription is then canceled with immediate effect.

To do this, please reorder the subscription via the store. If you have paused, you must also start again with the 24 OFF DRINK over 24 days.

As long as the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel at any time for any reason. Please send an e-mail with the order number/your address details to info@offdrink.com or contact us via the Contact form. If the order has already been dispatched, you can cancel the order within 14 days and return the ordered items to us. Click here to go toRevocation form.

We offer all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay, Link, Apple Pay and Paypal as payment methods. Products that are not subscriptions can also be ordered by prepayment.

The ordered products are dispatched immediately after receipt of the order. We always have all items in stock, unless otherwise indicated in the store.

Germany & Switzerland: approx. 2-3 working days, Austria: approx. 3-4 working days

OFF DRINK does not work for me, I would like to have my purchase amount refunded.

We only want satisfied customers and therefore offer you the option of a full refund if OFF DRINK does not improve your sleep.

Prerequisite for the refund:

  • Refunds are only possible if 24 OFF DRINK have been consumed on 24 consecutive days.
  • Refunds must be notified within 30 days of the delivery date

If you meet the requirements, please send us an e-mail to info@offdrink.com with a reason for the refund and details of your bank account for the return transfer. We will then immediately send you a return address to which you must return the starter set box. As soon as we have received the package, we will refund you the full purchase price. The return costs are at your expense.
